Checks Unlimited - The run around!!!!
I ordered checks from Checks Unlimited and now the run around begins. I placed an order for two boxes of checks, and received box 2 of 2 in the mail.
I called there representative and asked where box 1 of 2 was. The person told me that they both have shipped at the same time, and I should receive box 1 of 2 in approximately another week.
I don't know how she could have said that both boxes had shipped, when she didn't ask for the order number.
I asked her what I was supposed to do in the mean time. She suggested that I use box 2 first, then change over to box one when it arrives.
I asked her if she handled her record keeping in the same way, and she hung up on me. If a large company like this expects customers to juggle record keeping the way they suggest, the IRS should have a good time auditing their records.
